b. Bank transfer. Please take notice that fees are charged in Euros and that registrations will not be processed without a copy of the bank transfer.

Fee for the participation of vitiligo patients on September 23rd -24th.
The participation on September 25th is free of charge, for the registration please download this form and send it to the Organising Secretariat.
Registration fee covers admission to the Scientific Sessions, certificate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks during the congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat. All refunds will be reimbursed only after the end of the Congress by bank transfer as follows:

• Prior to July 22nd, 2010 – full refund (less € 30,00 for Secretariat expenses)   
• Between July 23rd and  August 22nd, 2010 – 50% of the paid fees
• After August 23rd, 2010 – no refund
